This version of the GuestTraQ application is designed for iPod Touch 4 and requires the Linea Pro scanner provided by Simply Brilliant Automotive Solutions.
The GuestTraQ app increases the efficiency of your dealership’s service drive by allowing greeters to instantly scan the bar coded VIN of a vehicle. It then matches the information to open appointments for the day and previous service customers.
Service drive greeters can quickly input vehicle mileage and basic customer details into the app and also denote results of the vehicle inspection. The guest’s information is then instantly transmitted to the GuestTraQ software, where it’s available for the assigned service writer.
